Nicole is a licensed Realtor and certified ICA home inspector with a robust background in renovation design and extensive experience in non-profits. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Northeastern University. Nicole’s focus on sustainability provides her with a distinctive perspective on both development projects and inspection recommendations.

Originally from Newton, MA, Nicole now resides in Boston with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Eliana and CJ. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly dancing in the kitchen and celebrating the fall football season—Go Pats!
